    • Most homes do best with recurring service, typically quarterly. Some pests or situations may need more frequent visits. We’ll recommend the right schedule for your home.
    • Ask what they found and what’s causing it, how to reduce the chance pests return, and what to look out for.
    • Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied by trained technicians according to label directions. Treatments are designed to be safe around families and pets when used as directed. Let your technician know about any specific concerns (pets, babies, fish tanks, etc.).
    • Most standard home visits take 20–45 minutes. Larger jobs like termites or bed bugs may take longer.

    • They don’t bite or spread disease, but they can cause serious structural damage by eating wood from the inside out.
    • It’s not recommended. Store-bought products usually miss the colony, allowing damage to continue. Professional treatment is the safest and most effective option.
